This coming Saturday (19th July 2025), Owen Brecon* (aka David Farn) will be at the first of three free Art Festivals hosted, in Sunderland, by King Ink Spoken Word this summer.

If you want to see poets in the wild, head along to Roker Park (by the band stand): where you will be able to experience from Darian Somer, Owen Brecon, David Hodgson and Brogan Brannan, with a bonus performance by Just Think Phil.

There’ll be poetry and other family friendly activities in the park from 11am – 4pm, and more arty shenanigans on the seafront from noon until 9pm! Owen would love to see you there.
